By combining CW, TruEcho CHIRP, and CHIRP Side-Scan technologies into a single compact module, the DFF1UHD+ gives both weekend anglers and seasoned professionals a sharper, deeper, and wider view beneath the boat — whether trolling blue water for tuna or working a nearshore reef for snapper.

Designed for helms featuring the TZT22X, TZT24X, or Black Box TZTBBX, the DFF1UHD+ drives transducers from 300/600W up to 1kW, offering unmatched flexibility across hull types and fishing styles. With a display range spanning 6 to 4,000 feet and operation in both TruEcho CHIRP and CW modes, classic Furuno features including ACCU-FISH, Bottom Discrimination (with compatible CW transducer), A-Scope, and Auto Gain have been refined to deliver crystal-clear returns, pinpointing fish arches and bottom hardness with the precision seasoned captains expect.

The addition of CHIRP Side-Scan brings a new dimension to fish finding. Available at 230kHz or 455kHz center frequency depending on transducer selection, Side-Scan reveals structure, bait, and gamefish up to 750 feet per side. Eight CHIRP Side-Scan display colors and flexible layout options — full screen, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, and 1/6 screen formats — allow captains to tailor their view for any environment or target species.

Installation is simplified by color-coded, waterproof connectors that match those on NavNet TZtouchXL displays, and the compact housing is over 60% smaller than the DFF1-UHD and nearly 50% smaller than the BBDS1. Additional capabilities include dual TX CHIRP, speed and temperature sensor support, heave compensation when paired with a Satellite Compass, a built-in demo mode, and planned compatibility with TZtouch3, TZtouch2BB, and MaxSea/TZ Professional via software updates.
