The Furuno TZMAP13 is a self-contained 13-inch multi-function display engineered to deliver powerful marine navigation and advanced fish-finding capabilities in a simple, approachable package. Built on the award-winning TZtouchXL platform interface, its familiar swipe-and-tap touchscreen controls make accessing charts, sonar, and settings effortless for recreational captains and serious anglers alike. The sunlight-readable, Full HD 1920×1080 color multi-touch LCD ensures clear visibility in all conditions, whether anchoring in a crowded harbor or chasing fish offshore.

At the heart of the TZMAP13 is the TZ MAPS cartography platform, which gives users full control over the map data they download, including satellite imagery, high-resolution bathymetric data with 3-inch contour resolution, and customizable depth shading. BathyVision provides fine depth contours at intervals of up to 7 cm — far beyond traditional charting accuracy. Preloaded NOAA Vector Charts cover the entire coastal US, while purchased TZ MAPS zones unlock AI Routing for safer, smarter passage planning. Users can create custom objects, update charted features such as buoys, and share waypoints and routes with other TZ MAPS users. All route data can be backed up or retrieved via the cloud through a free TimeZero account.

The integrated fish-finding suite includes a single-channel TruEcho CHIRP or CW sonar with selectable power outputs of 300 W, 600 W, or 1 kW, providing accurate deep-water target detection and impressive bottom-penetration depth. CHIRP Side-Scan sonar illuminates both port and starboard sides of the vessel simultaneously at center frequencies of 230 kHz or 455 kHz, revealing the shape of structure, bottom composition, and fish-holding areas with vivid clarity in up to 8 different color presentations. Together these technologies make the TZMAP13 a serious fishing tool.
