The Imtra Pool PowerLED is a high-performance marine recessed downlight designed for both interior and exterior applications aboard vessels. Operating across a wide 10–40VDC input range, it is compatible with virtually all marine electrical systems. With a polished stainless steel twist-on bezel and frosted glass lens, the Pool PowerLED delivers 183 lumens of warm white (2800K) illumination at a mere 4.7W — equivalent to a 25W halogen lamp — making it an efficient, direct replacement for legacy halogen spots.
Integrated drive electronics are built directly into the fixture, eliminating the need for separate remote driver installation and simplifying retrofits. The carefully engineered optics produce fully blended illumination free of annoying artifacts or distracting hot spots. A robust thermal management system maximizes LED life and minimizes lumen depreciation over the fixture's 50,000+ hour expected working life.
The Pool PowerLED supports convenient 2-wire power and dimming, allowing dimmer control without running additional wires. When paired with Imtra's single or dual channel PWM dimmer modules (ILIM80130 or ILIM80140), it offers single or bi-color dimming via a momentary push-button interface across a 5–100% dimming range. The housing is constructed from black electrophoretic aluminum with a frosted glass lens, and the fixture is securely screw-mounted for watertight installations on hard ceilings such as fiberglass or wood. IP65 ingress protection (frontal water exposure) makes it a reliable choice for wet areas including hard tops, arches, walkway overhangs, and shower stalls.
