The VersaChock VCSEAT is a universally compatible seat with backrest engineered specifically for double hull rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) with flat or partially-flat floors. Its larger footprint and generous storage capacity make it particularly well-suited for vessels equipped with remote steering systems, providing both comfortable seating and functional onboard organization.
The seat's interior storage area accommodates electric motor batteries, remote fuel tanks, and general cargo, making it a practical addition to any RIB setup. A 2" thick marine grade vinyl cushion and matching seatback deliver lasting comfort on the water, while the robust construction ensures durability in demanding marine environments.
Installation is straightforward thanks to the precisely engineered mounting footprint of 16"W x 19.3"D with 35-degree angles outboard of the footprint, allowing it to conform to the angled hull geometry common in most double hull inflatable boats. Pre-drilled 5.3" speaker holes accept most standard 6.5" marine speakers, enabling easy audio integration without additional drilling. Note that mounting screws are not included.
