VERSACHOCK Heavy Duty Dinghy Davit Chocks
VersaChock's heavy duty tilting dinghy davits allow for easy loading of light to heavier weight dinghies onto swim platforms. The height is higher than VersaChock's lighter duty model, for applications requiring more clearance above water.
Davits are removable by simply removing the included bolts from the super low-profile oval threaded deck plates (mini poly wrenches included. Davit arms have an automatic self-latching feature, which locks the arms when rotated down (safety hitch pins must also be installed for securing arms). Limit straps are also included to limit the angle of the arms while loading.
Large 5" TPR (poly) wheels assist in loading and cradling water craft. Various winch options are offered separately. Also works great with VersaChock’s exclusive blind fastener system (VCBLINDWIDE25) when access to backside of mounting surface, or a second set of hands is not possible! Capacity: 650 lbs (standard platform mounting)/ 450 lbs (narrow platform mounting). 1/4" oval head screws required for installation (not included).
