Loose cargo on a moving boat is a safety problem, and bungee cords alone aren't a real solution. VersaChock's patented chock system locks coolers, portable fuel tanks, bait pails, oil tanks, batteries, and other deck cargo firmly in place without straps, ropes, or improvised rigging. Four removable chocks snap securely into four permanently mounted base brackets with no tools required, and pull free just as easily when you need the deck space back. With the chocks removed, only smooth, low-profile base plates remain, sitting flush with the deck for a completely trip-free surface that won't catch feet or lines underway.

Construction is in OEM-quality, UV-resistant, marine-grade, injection-molded resin built to hold up in sun, salt, and spray without fading, cracking, or degrading over time. Wall thickness is heavier than most comparable products for exceptional robustness under real-world loads. Large integrated hooks on each chock accommodate virtually any size tie-down straps for added security when conditions get rough. Installation is straightforward: secure the base brackets to your deck using the included #10 x 1/2" stainless steel screws, or bond them in place with structural adhesive where drilling is not an option. The system works equally well on boat decks and truck beds, and it's made in the USA.
