Spinlock Deckvest Vito Offshore Performance Lifejacket with Harness is a fully featured, lightweight, side opening unit with automatic Hammar Hydrostatic inflation and the Harness Release System (HRS).
The Deckvest Vito is the latest Spinlock inflatable lifejacket harness technology, based on our design work for the Volvo Ocean Race. All teams were equipped with the same inflatable lifejacket harness developed in collaboration with a core group of Volvo Offshore sailors.
Fundamental to the new design was a lifejacket that crews actually wanted to wear more frequently, with developed custom features. The hard-wearing coated fabric prevents abrasion points. It features a new sprayhood design with larger clear structured visor and stores away from the neck for better comfort.
There is a single stronger 40mm leg strap with stowage pocket when not in use. The lifejacket comes standard with Pylon 360 degree lifejacket light and Lume-On bladder illumination lights. The inflated bladder offers 170N (38lbs) of buoyancy and a convenient one size fitting all adults.
The MOB1 AIS unit can be fit as an add on. The Deckvest Vito is approved to the following standards: CE Approved, ISO 12402-3 170N Lifejacket, ISO 12401 Deck Harness, Pylon Light ISO 12402-8 and Sprayhood ISO 12402-8.
