Seaview Quick Release Removable Base
The Seaview Quick Release Removable Base is a new-innovative mount accessory designed to save time, money, and headaches for many different types of boat owners. Built around a self-draining waterproof base, these removable bases make removing, servicing, securing, and installing high-value marine electronics easier than ever before. The system uses four captive knobs that allow fast, tool-free release without any risk of losing hardware overboard.
Pre-drilled to fit Seaview mounts with either the 7" x 7" or 10" x 10" base plate, the PMRB7BLK specifically accommodates Seaview mounts ending in M1 (7" x 7" base) and is finished in Black. The white version is readily available from stock, while the black variant is currently made to order with a typical lead time of 3–6 weeks.
These bases do not include quick disconnects for electrical connections — please refer to the electronics manufacturer for compatible electrical disconnect solutions. All black knobs are captive and will not fall off during use or removal.
