PSS T-Kit 1/2"
The PSS T-Kit is a purpose-designed accessory that makes installation of the PSS Shaft Seal straightforward and reliable. By providing all the necessary hardware to tee into the engine's existing raw water discharge hose, the kit allows the installer to route a supply of cooling water directly to the hose barb fitting on the PSS Shaft Seal — a critical requirement for proper shaft seal operation.
The 07-KIT-012 variant is sized for cooling hoses with a 1/2" inside diameter. Typical water pick-up points include: between the heat exchanger and the riser, between the oil cooler and the heat exchanger, and between the water pump and the oil cooler. Installers should measure the inside diameter of the cooling hose they intend to tee off from before selecting and ordering the correct kit size.
