GROCO U-Lube Ball Valve Grease
Each time a marine ball valve is closed seawater is trapped between the ball and the valve body where it can stagnate and where nuisance marine growth (slime and barnacles) can begin.
Regularly "exercising" ball valves helps, but is often neglected. When ULUBE grease is injected into a ball valve through a permanently installed zerk fitting, the space between the ball and the valve body is filled, so seawater can't enter.
ULUBE is a long-lasting waterproof grease specifically formulated to lubricate and help protect internal ball valve components.
