The Furuno HUB102 is a purpose-built marine Ethernet hub designed to simplify and expand network connectivity aboard vessels running Furuno NavNet TZtouch systems. With five waterproof RJ45 ports secured by twist-lock connectors and sealed covers that protect unused data ports from moisture and debris, the HUB102 is built to endure the rigors of the marine environment. It supports Gigabit full duplex as well as 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps half/full duplex operation, enabling fast and reliable data sharing between multiple multi-function displays (MFDs), radar antennas, fish finders, sonar units, and other Ethernet-compatible peripherals.

Plug in any peripheral and it is instantly detected — no complex configuration or software setup is required. Up to six HUB102 units can be interconnected to create expansive onboard networks, and the units can be daisy-chained or arranged in a star topology to accommodate a wide variety of installation layouts. An internal auto-resetting fuse provides power protection, and the unit operates across a 12–24 VDC power supply range drawing only 0.1–0.2 A. The HUB102 is rated IP56 for dustproofing and waterproofing per IEC 60529, and meets EMC requirements per IEC 60945 Ed.4. It operates across an ambient temperature range of -15°C to +55°C.

Installation is straightforward with bulkhead or deck mounting options. LED status indicators — one green Power LED and five green LAN port LEDs — provide at-a-glance monitoring of the hub's operational status. The HUB102 ships with a HUB-102-CBL-05 power cable assembly and mounting hardware, and requires shielded CAT5E or better cable for data connections. It is fully compatible with Furuno TZT and TZT2 series MFDs, FR-series radars, FCV-series fish finders, and SFD-series FLEX Function Displays. The HUB102 is the direct replacement for the earlier Furuno HUB101.
