The marine environment can take its toll on metals leaving them dull and tarnished. 3M Metal Restorer & Polish brings back the shine of deck hardware, stanchions, cleats and any other stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, copper or brass used on your boat. 3M Metal Restorer is formulated to be easy to use and contains mild abrasives to scrub away oxidation, rust and tarnish leaving behind a bright finish. The paste consistency makes controlling application easier and reduces accidental contamination of surrounding areas. 3M Restorer & Polish is not recommended for use on anodized aluminum as abrasive qualities will remove anodized coating. We recommend masking oxidized or porous gelcoat to prevent discoloration. Make your boat “pop” by putting the shine back into the hardware using 3M Metal Restorer& and Polish.
