A 12mm high-density molded EVA pad covers the knee and upper shin, where impacts are most likely, while strategic nylon reinforcement withstands the friction and abrasion that come with competitive sailing, kayaking, and dinghy racing. Silicone grip panels and elastic banding hold the pad firmly in place so you're not constantly readjusting mid-activity. Packable and low-profile, they work just as well on the dock as they do in the cockpit.
